Description:
We are looking for a motivated Casual Food & Beverage Attendant to join the PLG team at Mordy HQ in Mordialloc . You'll be responsible for providing excellent service to our customers, ensuring their experience is enjoyable from start to finish.

What will my duties include?
- Ensure all guests receive exceptional customer service, taking their orders, and providing recommendations on food and beverages.
- Maintain a clean and organised work area, including dining tables, service stations, and kitchen areas.
- Work effectively with kitchen staff and other team members to ensure smooth service and a positive dining experience.
- Address and resolve any guest complaints or issues promptly and professionally.
What we are looking for:
- Current Victorian Responsible Service of Alcohol Certificate (RSA).
- Food Handlers Certificate.
- Current Victorian Responsible Service of Gambling Certificate (RSG).
- Excellent Customer service skills.
- Willingness to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
