Due to internal promotion, we have an exciting opportunity for a valuation property student to embark on a path to a career in commercial valuations with in our commercial metro team.
The Opportunity:
- A property student (completing an API approved property degree) due to graduate in 2026 and keen to embark on a career in commercial property valuations
- Ensure the timely and accurate collection, qualification and input of sales and leasing information into the Commercial Valuations database
- Assist the valuations team in conducting comparative analysis of deals under negotiation including rental analysis.
- Exposure to various commercial assets (office, retail & industrial), undertaking work for a range of clients including banks and private investors

As the successful candidate you will be:
- A property student (completing an API approved property degree with valuation major subjects) due to graduate in 2026 and keen to embark on a career in commercial property valuations
- Able to work 3 days p week
- A proactive and positive approach to work with a strong customer service approach to completing tasks.
- A strong work ethic and desire to further your career in the fast-paced world of property valuations.
- Strong Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Excel skills with the ability to learn new systems applicable to commercial valuations.
