Office Administration/ Customer Service
Eastern Distributors is the largest family owned Pet and Stockfeed Distribution business in Australia that operates one of the largest DC’s in the industry, servicing a National customer base. Holding more than 8500 lines of product, Eastern Distributors is seeking a motivated team player that works well under pressure, has attention to detail and takes pride in their work.
About the Role
We are currently looking for an Office Administration/ Customer Service Representative to join our friendly team of 4, based out of our Dandenong South office. You will undertake general administrative duties with the aim to ensure customer satisfaction with each interaction.
Hours are: Monday 8.00am- 4.30pm & Tuesday to Friday 8.30am- 4.30pm
Type of Customer Service/ Administrative tasks to be completed:
- Greet customers/suppliers at reception
- Data entry of Purchase orders
- Be the first point of call for telephone enquiries
- Process customer Credit claims
- Ad hoc reporting and administrative duties
We are looking for candidates with the below qualities:
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Friendly & pleasant phone manner with strong communication skills
- Excellent time management with the ability to multi task & prioritise your work
- Confidence in your technical abilities with strong computer and telephone skills
- A strong work ethic
