Your New Role

The Training Coordinator is a brilliant opportunity to help our support worker team develop new skills and consolidate their existing skills so that we continue to deliver exceptional, safe, quality care to our clients. As a training Coordinator you will work with the HR Knowledge team to design, coordinate and deliver training to our team of 350+ support workers.

Responsibilities

  • Design, coordinate, and deliver training in collaboration with the HR Knowledge Manager
  • Contribute to developing training policy and procedure
  • Ensuring that delivery of training is engaging and compliant with quality standards and current legislative requirements.
  • Contributing to the development of the training calendar and for maintaining accurate and timely completion of training records.
  • Be creative in your approach to training and problem solving.

About You

  • Experience in the aged care or disability sectors will be highly regarded.
  • A preference for a Certificate IV in Training & Assessment or another suitable qualification.
  • Strong interpersonal skills both written and verbal.
  • Diligence and have strong attention to detail and proficient computer skills.
  • Confident, willing to learn and committed to keeping up with the relevant industry information.
