The RoleThis role is ideally suited to someone looking for the ‘next step’ in their career progression. In a leadership role, as an experienced practitioner you will be responsible for the effective day-to-day management of your clinical caseload as well as contributing to the professional development within the team.
Key responsibilities include:
Develop, manage and retain a full client caseloadTreat a variety of conditions utilising evidence based practice and best careDesign and implement client focused exercises and rehab programsConduct one on one and group exercise rehab classesMaintain complete and accurate documentationIn-house education of junior PhysiotherapistsLiaise with local GP's, personal trainers, sporting teams and specialists in the wider communityInvolvement within the in-house professional development programFurther details of responsibilities can be obtained upon request of position description
The PersonWe are looking for a physio with over 5 years clinical private practice experience. Masters level qualification is preferred but not essential, as is a strong Pilates and/or strength and conditioning background, which will help you deliver outstanding programs to a fantastic client base. We are a professional, fun, energetic practice so your leadership, enthusiasm and drive will contribute to our awesome team.
