Crown Events is at the forefront of the Event industry providing premium bespoke events to Sydney from intimate corporate, gala dinners, conferences, product launches to stunning weddings. No two days are ever the same. As the Events Executive you will report into the Events Manager and will be responsible for the planning and the organisation of these events. In addition, you will contribute to the smooth hand over of these events to the Operational team, ensuring client relationships are maintained and strengthened.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Plan all event requirements to ensure the successful delivery of events, working within the parameters of the building and alongside the different departments
- Provide clear communications to the operational teams
- Provide guidance and offer recommendations to clients for successful outcomes
- Conduct site inspections, menu tastings and planning meetings with clients and manage all client feedback
- Manage external suppliers and update booking system
Key selection criteria:
- A passion for all things events
- Experience in event planning [2yrs +] in a luxury environment
- Strong communication skills and sound financial understanding
- Proven stakeholder management and relationship building skills
- Delphi/Opera/Micros/Floorplan software competency desirable
