Student Services Coordinator

Description:

This role is responsible for managing student enquiries via AIM’s student portals, email, and face-to-face. You play a key role in the processing of student requests and liaising with key academic staff to assist in the scheduling and provision of assessments and examinations. Under the direction of the Student Services Manager, the Student Services Coordinator is responsible for managing student enquiries via AIM’s student portals, email, and face to face. Under the direction of the Student Services Manager, you may be required to assist with other relevant customer service matters across the student lifecycle.
