We are looking for a Maintenance Storeperson to ensure all spare parts for the Maintenance Department are maintained in a way to ensure guaranteed availability of cost effective parts with accurate inventory levels.
What you will be doing:
- Maintain & update MEX Computer System with current & up to date information of stores inventory
- Ensure all internal & external documentation is current & accurate
- Conduct periodic stock takes
- Receive and allocate spares to appropriate areas or individuals
- Establish effective working relationships with suppliers
- Identify suppliers for day to day & critical spares
- Liaise with Technical personnel to assist them in fulfilling their maintenance function
Who are we looking for?
- Strong customer service skills
- Good organisational and planning ability
- Working knowledge of email, Excel & Word
- Experience in Stock control
Desirable:
- Forklift Licence
- Previous experience with Ezy Wine and/or MEX Systems
