Reporting to the Financial Controller, the will be responsible for the full scope of payroll and accounts payable functions. You will also support various administrative tasks, assist with general ledger activities, and work closely with other departments to ensure smooth financial operations.

Description
- Process weekly payroll for ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations.
- Manage supplier invoice processing and payments for handling a high volume of transactions.
- Coordinate credit card payments and ad hoc orders with the workshop manager.
- Maintain and update vendor details in the ERP system.
- Address payroll and accounts-related queries from employees and suppliers.
- Handle administrative duties such as vehicle registration renewals, insurance claims, and maintaining financial registers.
- Assist the Financial Controller with general ledger tasks and reporting as needed.
Profile
- Prior experience with Vista ERP or Jobpac is highly preferred or experience with a large ERP system
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Previous experience in construction industry is highly desirable.
