Our Operation Managers play a key role in the management and delivery of the Apprentice Connect Australia Providers (ACAP) services and is responsible for the overall performance of a team and will ensure that we meet our contracted obligations and performance targets. The Operations Manager will be responsible for quality service delivery, stakeholder engagement within industry groups and networking activities.
Additional "value-add" is the ability to seek business development opportunities as well as the ability to handle complex issues in line with legislation and company policy. Your commitment to the Mas National (and wider IntoWork Australia) Management Team, along with a focus on driving performance outcomes, is essential for the role’s success.

Key Responsibilities:
Contract Management : Establish and manage the successful delivery of contractual obligations for the MAS National, ensuring all service commitments are met.
Team Culture & Development: Create and lead a positive culture within the team and ensure business development and succession planning strategies are implemented to ensure the business unit meets future contractual demands. Work closely alongside the ACAP State Manager by providing overall operational support
Stakeholder Relationships: Build and maintain the reputation of MAS National as a quality service provider to key stakeholders, employers, and industry for its service standards and capability for both employers and apprentices/trainees.
Continuous Improvement: Oversee and lead continuous improvement processes to drive business growth, service quality, and diversification of offerings.
Performance & Compliance: Ensure the NSW & ACT team meets agreed-upon key performance indicators (KPIs), adheres to timeframes, and complies with relevant legislative and regulatory requirements.
Collaboration : Liaise with all state Field Operation Managers to review business processor and effectively service national clients and actively pursue business development opportunities within the business.

You will bring:
- Demonstrated experience in an Apprentice Connect Australia Providers (ACAP) environment.
- Proven experience in providing high levels of leadership and management.
- A sound understanding of business practices, especially from a management perspective.
- A high level of communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships.
- Outstanding organisational and time management skills, with the ability to manage a multi-task workload in a fast-paced environment.
- A passion to continue to grow the Mas National footprint across NSW & ACT.
