About the Role:As the Assistant Manager, you'll oversee daily pub operations, lead a passionate and hardworking team, and ensure top-notch service in a high-volume setting. This is a hands-on leadership role, perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys working the floor.
Your Skills and Experience:- Previous experience in a high-volume pub, bar, or hospitality venue
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team
- Experience with stock control, ordering, and rostering
- Knowledge of till balancing, float reconciliation, and safe management
- RSA, RSG, RMLV, Approved Managers, CLO.
