The Company
As this newly renovated Sunshine Coast venue continues to expand, it is on the hunt for a Restaurant Manager. From humble beginnings and a thirst for great Beer, this venue offers a reason to enjoy a great dining experience washed down with an ice-cold brew.
The Role
As a Restaurant Manager, you will bring a passion and experience working in medium - and large venues. You will get a wealth and knowledge of superior service to the locals and enjoy good banter. You will be required to be involved with the following:
- Training new staff
- Managing budgets
- Opening/closing of the venue
- Involved in the continued growth of the venue.
- Work side by side with the Owners and kitchen staff to come up with marketing opportunities
- Facilitate events and special occasions.
Skills and Experience
You will be required to bring the following skills and attributes to the table:
- Relevant qualifications RSA, RMLV + Approved Managers Licence
- Experience in Modern Dining | Cocktails | Wine | Beer
- Able to use and manage P.O.S | Skilled with rostering + marketing
- Experience in Function & Events operations and proven experience in running large indoor/outdoor venues
- Dynamic, energetic and positive energy and a hands-on leader
