About the Role:
As an E&I Technician , you will provide technical expertise and hands-on support during turnaround activities, ensuring safe and efficient execution of electrical and instrumentation scopes. Working closely with E&I Leads, Event Coordinators, and Maintenance Teams, you'll play a key role in delivering a successful turnaround event.
Key Responsibilities:
- Execute E&I work scopes per work instructions and permit requirements
- Perform maintenance, function testing, and EEHA inspections
- Ensure safety compliance through JSA and permit-to-work processes
- Review tools and facilities for maintenance readiness
- Complete work packs and QA documentation
- Conduct pre-execution walkdowns and dry runs to confirm work scope and isolations
- QLD Electrical License (Required)
- Cert III in Instrumentation (Required)
- EEHA Certification (Required)
- Current CPR/LVR & First Aid Certification
- Open Australian Driver’s License
- QGC AEP (Preferred)
- Experience in electrical/instrumentation maintenance
- Strong safety culture and ability to work in a high-paced environment
