About the Role:
As the Assistant Store Manager, you’ll partner with the Store Manager to drive success in one of the most exciting locations in Australia. From coaching your team to delivering an exceptional customer experience, every day will bring a new challenge and opportunity to showcase your leadership skills.
What You’ll Do:
- Support the Store Manager in all aspects of day-to-day operations, including stock management, merchandising, and driving sales.
- Lead, inspire, and develop a team to deliver exceptional service that makes every customer feel at home.
- Assist in achieving sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Ensure the store maintains its stunning presentation and luxury brand standards.
- Build strong relationships with customers, creating loyal brand advocates.
- Previous experience in retail management or a supervisory role, preferably within premium or lifestyle retail.
- A natural leader who loves coaching and developing a team.
- Strong passion for design, interiors, and creating beautiful spaces.
- Exceptional customer service skills and the ability to connect with a diverse clientele.
- A positive attitude, attention to detail, and an eye for style.
