Salary: $55,000 - $65,000 + Super
Hours: Choose your start time! 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM OR 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM

This is not your average admin job. Our client is looking for someone who enjoys variety , takes ownership of their work, and loves being part of a close-knit, supportive team . You’ll play a vital role in ensuring their Electrical/HVAC/Refrigeration project managers and technical teams have everything they need to operate efficiently.

What You’ll Be Doing
  • Be the friendly face that greets clients and suppliers.
  • Handle calls and emails professionally and efficiently.
  • Manage incoming deliveries, book couriers, and track shipments.
  • Arrange flights and accommodation for the team when needed.
  • Process invoices and maintain accurate records.
  • Organise meetings and scheduling to support project management.
  • Provide general team support and problem-solving.
