About the Opportunity
The City Operational Services Business Unit has an exciting opportunity for an experience Team Leader to join our busy and dynamic Service Delivery team.
You will be responsible for leading a team that delivers high quality maintenance services across our community. You will ensure work outcomes are achieved in a safe and efficient manner with a strong focus on providing a reliable service to the community.
The Team Leader Service Delivery will manage all aspects of staff development and performance, operational reporting and the escalation of customer matters.
About the Opportunity

- 36 hours per week worked over 4 consecutive days (Tuesday to Friday OR Monday to Thursday)
- Shift start and end times will vary based on operational requirements
- Salary from $94,478.15 - $109,466.82 per annum plus 11.5% superannuation dependent on the skills, qualifications and relevant experience of the suitable candidate

Selection Criteria:
Qualifications, Certificates & Licences
- Qualifications in management, or relevant experience
- Class C Drivers Licence
- Construction Induction Card (White Card)
- First Aid Certificate or willingness to obtain
- Capacity to plan, prioritise and organise daily work schedules
- Demonstrated experience motivating and leading a team
- Knowledge of and experience of a related maintenance discipline
- Understanding of and commitment to WHS practices and EEO principles
- Demonstrated commitment to customer service
- Appropriate written and oral communications skills
Desirable
- Traffic Control Tickets
- Class MR Drivers Licence
