Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and support the Business Support Team, ensuring consistency, high-quality outcomes, and effective workload management.
- Oversee business support processes and systems across all sites, ensuring efficiency, compliance, and adherence to deadlines.
- Facilitate staff training and development to ensure team members have the skills and knowledge to perform effectively.
- Recruit, manage, and collaborate with team leaders to implement consistent procedures and drive continuous improvement through key projects.
Essential Criteria:
- Demonstrated experience in managing administrative services and teams, with a focus on high-quality customer service.
- Proven ability to provide effective leadership and motivate others in a dynamic, evolving environment.
- Strong conflict resolution and negotiation skills, with the ability to work effectively with various stakeholders.
- High proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word.
- Strong decision-making skills, with the ability to analyse complex situations and apply sound judgement to achieve results.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and deliver high-quality outcomes within tight deadlines.
