- Oversee daily business operations and ensure projects meet quality, budget, and timeline expectations.
- Take full P&L responsibility , managing financial performance and business growth.
- Lead and mentor teams across construction, design, and project delivery .
- Develop and implement strategic business plans to drive operational efficiency and market expansion.
- Maintain and strengthen client and stakeholder relationships .
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations, safety standards, and company policies .
- Proven experience in senior leadership within industrial construction.
- Strong understanding of design, construction, and project management .
- Financial expertise, including budget management and P&L oversight .
- Ability to develop business strategies that enhance profitability and growth.
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills .
- Perth-based experience with full Australian work rights.
- Competitive salary package + Super (DOE) .
