Key Responsibilities:
- Lead, inspire, and motivate the store team to deliver exceptional customer service and exceed sales targets
- Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth and enhance brand presence
- Maintain the highest standards of store presentation, ensuring a luxury shopping experience for every customer
- Manage store operations including inventory control, visual merchandising, and staff rostering
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing exceptional service tailored to their individual needs
- Monitor performance and provide ongoing training and development for the team
- Collaborate closely with the wider business to execute brand campaigns and events
What We are Looking For:
- Proven experience in a Store Manager role within the retail sector, preferably in jewellery or a consultative sales environment
- Strong leadership skills with a passion for developing and mentoring teams
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills with a customer-first mindset
- A keen eye for detail and a strong understanding of visual merchandising principles
- A results-driven approach with the ability to work towards KPIs and achieve sales goals
- Proficiency in store operations, including stock management and budgeting
