About the Role
As the Store Manager at the Booragoon Location, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the overall success and profitability of the store. You will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of store operations, your exceptional leadership skills, strong business acumen and passion for delivering outstanding service will be essential in driving the store's performance!

- Previous retail management experience, large format advantageous
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Strong leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a high-performing team
- Experience with achieving sales targets and driving business growth
- Exceptional organisational and multitasking abilities to manage priorities
- Ability to work in a busy retail environment
- Experience working with large stock volumes
