We are looking for a dynamic Talent and Culture Advisor to join our team and play a key role in shaping the employee experience throughout the entire lifecycle. This role combines expertise in talent acquisition with a passion for fostering a positive, engaged, and high-performance workplace culture. - Employee Lifecycle Management: Oversee the entire employee journey—from recruitment and onboarding to offboarding—ensuring a seamless and supportive experience.
- Talent Acquisition: Develop and implement strategies to attract top talent, provide hiring tools and resources, discussing salaries, promotional opportunities, and terms and conditions of employment.
- Culture & Engagement: Work with leadership to design and implement programs that promote company values, employee engagement (Employee Engagement Committee) and participation, retention.
- Performance & Development: Support managers in performance management, career development, and creating a culture of continuous improvement.
- Operations: Maintain employees records and HRIS data up to date
- Employee Relations: Address employee relations issues, ensuring alignment with company values, policies and procedures, legal compliance, awards, collective agreements, wage payment systems.
- Continuous Improvement: Stay informed on HR best practices and trends to ensure the company remains innovative and efficient in its people practices.
- Bachelor or Master’s degree in Business or Human resources or related fields.
- Proven experience in talent acquisition, employee engagement, and HR lifecycle management.
- Understanding of employee relations, performance management, and HR policies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a passion for building relationships across all levels.
- Ability to drive initiatives that foster a positive company culture and support business growth.
- Previous studies of or exposure to the EU local practices preferred.
- Working alongside an international team with passion for outdoors
