Property Manager – $110,000 + Great Benefits! Location: Lane Cove | Monday to Friday
We’re looking for a dynamic Senior Property Manager to join our team and manage a well-maintained portfolio of 170 properties in the heart of Lane Cove. Offering an attractive $110,000 base salary , this role comes with an incredible work-life balance and excellent benefits.

• $110,000 base salary plus commissions
• 1 day WFH after probation
• 1 extra RDO per month for a Mental Health Wellness Day
• No Leasing and No Accounts to worry about

• Monday to Friday work schedule (no weekends!)

Skills & Requirements:

• Proven experience in property management running a portfolio
• Certificate of registration or license
• Strong organisational and communication skills
• Car and valid drivers licence
• Fast learner and eager to learn new systems
• Commitment to delivering exceptional service
