About the Role :

As part of our commitment to excellence in Field Service, our Field Service Supervisor will support the long-term strategy for growth by creating operational improvement opportunities, work planning, and leading by example in a dynamic and evolving culture.

As the Regional Supervisor based out of our Perth branch, you will be responsible for leading a team of 12 service technicians who handle our office print fleet in the greater Perth area. This is a hands-on field-based role where the supervisor is to oversee and guide the daily operations of a team to ensure that work is completed effectively, efficiently, and in line with company standards.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Lead, direct, supervise, and coordinate the activities of field staff and sub-contractors.
  • Ensure all field work is of high quality and consistent with relevant OH&S policies and procedures.
  • Coordinate and assist in the training of all staff and sub-contractors.
  • Mentor, guide, and support the team to improve performance and efficiencies through training, performance appraisals, and performance management.
  • Track and address KPIs related to safety, quality, vehicle audits, customer complaints stock management.
  • Provide technical guidance and support to service team members.
  • Maintain strong communication with existing customers and proactively resolve issues.
  • Collaborate with the sales team and other business areas in a supportive manner.

Demonstrated leadership experience - you know how to get the best out of your people and deliver exceptional customer service. Strong focus on safety and compliance. You ensure your team starts safely, works safely, and leaves safely. Willingness to occasionally travel interstate. Valid driving license. Full Australian working rights with the ability to start as soon as possible
