About the role
Tasman Butchers' is seeking a full-time MR Driver / Store Person to join our hardworking team in Oakleigh, VIC. In this role, you will be based at our Oakleigh store and jointly responsible for the safe delivery of products to our 9 retail stores across the eastern and western suburbs of Melbourne, as well as assisting with general store operations and stock management.
What you'll be doing
- Safely operating a medium rigid (MR) vehicle (with tail gate) to deliver products to our retail stores
- Assisting with loading and unloading of transport vehicles
- Safe & tidy storage of inventory throughout the warehouse storage area
- Maintaining accurate records of deliveries and stock levels
- Providing excellent customer service to our retail partners
- Supporting general store operations as required, such as stock replenishment and organisation
What we're looking for
- A valid MR driver's licence
- A valid forklift licence
- Experience in a similar driving and warehouse role
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
- Excellent customer service orientation
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
- A commitment to workplace health and safety
