We are currently looking for an experienced Social Media Marketing Communications Coordinator for a Full time Permanent position for our client based in Western, Victoria.
Key responsibilities:
- Assist in the development and execution of promotional material, product collateral and marketing campaigns.
- Assisting with proposal and presentation templates.
- Maintain brand consistency in all communications and marketing materials.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure alignment of marketing strategies with business objectives.
- Develop and publish engaging content for the company website, blog, and social media platforms.
- Develop images, videos and templates using tools such as Canva and a Smart Phone
- Drafting press releases, news articles, and corporate communications as required.
- Develop internal communications, including company announcements, updates and initiatives.
- Coordinating with third party suppliers, such as printers, photographers/videographers.
- Coordination of promotional material
- Coordinating corporate events.
Qualifications Experience:
- A formal qualification or relevant experience in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, Public Relations, or a related field.
- Strong writing and editing skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to translate information from various stakeholders into clear and engaging language.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Experience with graphic design tools (Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, and video editing tools).
- Excellent organizational and project management skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
