What are we looking for?
Restaurant Management & Supervisors
We are seeking talented and motivated people for various roles across multiple venues in Melbourne and all the way along the Mornington Peninsula. If you have a passion for hospitality and a drive to excel in your career, we want to hear from you!
The ideal candidates will have :
- Proven track record in leading teams and motivating people.
- Management and supervisory experience in quality venues.
- Attention to detail and the desire to succeed.
- Strong food and drinks knowledge including coffee.
- Experience running events and driving functions from start to finish.
- A positive and creative personality that will enhance the team culture.
- Multi outlet experience will be highly regarded.
- Amazing business acumen and the ability to achieve targets and budgets.
- RSA Certificate is mandatory for all positions.
- RSG Certificate not necessary for all roles but a bonus if you have it.
- Living in Australia at time of application
- Full working rights in Australia
