About the Role
Talent Web is partnering with B Lab AANZ to welcome a Programs Coordinator to their mission-driven organisation. This dynamic position plays a crucial role in planning, coordinating, and delivering B Lab's key programs, with a particular focus on supporting the B Corp community's transition to new certification standards in 2025. The role offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to both existing programs and new learning initiatives while working with a collaborative and passionate team.
Key Responsibilities
- Program Coordination: Coordinate the Recertification Program and new learning initiatives for B Corp standards implementation. Support the B Consultant Training Program
- Training & Development: Build educational materials/resources and develop online training modules.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Build strong relationships with external, delivery partners, and internal teams to ensure effective program delivery.
- Program Evaluation: Maintain program dashboards, analyse data, and drive continuous improvement through actionable insights.
- Demonstrated project management skills with proficiency in tools like Asana, or similar.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management capabilities
- Experience in developing and delivering training content
- Analytical mindset with ability to evaluate program performance
- ESG or social impact experience highly desired
- Experience or interest in workshop and webinar facilitation
- Background in learning management systems like Thinkific is advantageous
