Our busy Fleet Team in Essendon Fields are looking for an organised, motivated Administration professional who is looking to take their next opportunity in the Automotive industry?The Role:
As a Fleet Administrator your main focus is to provide Administration support to the Fleet Department. The Fleet Administrator will assist the Fleet Department with administration tasks to ensure customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Office-based role with admin, phone & client interaction.
- Create & manage the daily department schedule.
- Assist with vehicle deliveries on & off-site.
- Prepare quotes & liaise with external suppliers.
- Process fleet orders & coordinate with Stock Control.
- Oversee vehicle prep with Pre-Delivery & Stock Control.
- Ensure accurate documentation & tax invoices.
- Liaise with customers for final delivery confirmation.

- Fast learner with a strong work ethic.
- Excellent communication skills, both written & verbal.
- Able to multi-task & meet strict deadlines.
- Punctual, reliable, adaptable & flexible.
- Customer-focused with a proactive & professional approach.
- Valid driver’s license and ability to drive manual transmission
- Fleet/Dealership knowledge is highly regarded.
