SummaryAt ESET, our Business Specialist/Inside Sales Rep qualifies leads and prospects and can as well develop new leads. You'll initiate first contact, conduct outreach, and set up meetings for BDMs (in case of smaller customers follow sales process itself). Your work lays the foundations for BDMs interactions. Job descriptionIdentify and generate leads and prospects through various sources.Interact with prospects (via telephone and email) to qualify and process leads for sales opportunities.Manage and nurture leads to move them through the sales pipeline.Set appointments and follow up with prospects to advance the sales process.Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies for achieving sales targets by qualifying leads and synchronising with the needs of the team.Utilise CRM software to track and manage sales activities and customer interactions.Stay informed about market trends, industry developments, and competitive landscape.Keep up to date with the ESET product set, effectively communicate the value proposition and react to objections and competitive questions.Attend networking events and trade shows to foster relationships and uncover new leads.Provide regular reports on sales activities, progress, and results to management.
