Occupational Therapist (Clinic and Community)
Permanent - part, full time and flexible hours
Clinic locations in Greater Sydney and Perth area
Salary range is $75,000.00 to $115,000.00 per annum (depending on experience)

About the Opportunity
Opportunities available for all levels, from early careers, through to Seniors and Team Leaders. Full time or part time - (flexible to suit YOU!)
  • Conduct comprehensive assessments of individuals in the NDIS and Community sectors to identify their functional abilities, limitations, and goals.
  • Develop individualized treatment plans and intervention strategies to maximize independence, functional capacity, and quality of life.
  • Provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions.
  • Collaborate with clients, their families, and a multidisciplinary team to develop person-centered care plans and ensure holistic support.
  • Deliver individual and group therapy sessions to enhance daily living skills, cognitive abilities, mobility, and self-care.
  • Provide education and support to clients, caregivers, and support workers to enhance their understanding of occupational therapy interventions.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records and documentation.
  • Stay informed about the latest research, best practices, and regulatory changes within the NDIS and Community sectors.
  • Participate in team meetings, case conferences, and professional development activities.

The successful candidate must also have:
  • A degree in occupational therapy (or equivalent)
  • Current APHRA registration
  • Valid Australian driver’s licence
Current or willing to obtain:
  • NDIS Worker Screening Check
  • Working with Children Check
