We are currently looking for a passionate, committed, and engaging Training Advisor in Individual Support (Aged Care, Disability Services or Community Services) to join the team in our Southport office working across the Gold Coast region on a Full Time basis.

The Role - A Day in the Life of a Training Advisor

As a Training Advisor you will provide flexible and practical training services to students through the delivery of accredited and non-accredited training, coaching, and mentoring. You will also get out and about within the aged care industry assessing and assisting your students in their host establishment. You will join a team of dedicated trainers and will get satisfaction from knowing you have empowered your students to build their confidence, knowledge, and careers through your personalised service.

Your Key Responsibilities will include:

  • Delivering accredited and non-accredited training, coaching, and mentoring
  • Assessing the skills and abilities of your students to tailor your training offering
  • Ensure management of own case load is maintained within identified milestones

Criteria for Success

  • Certificate IV in Training & Assessment – TAE40116 or equivalent
  • Current Industry Qualification
  • Minimum 2 years’ Industry experience
  • Current Driver’s Licence
  • A recent clear National Police Check
  • A current NSW Working With Children Check
