The Role:
This is a Personal Assistant position which you will be responsible for working directly for the firm’s Partners. Your experience working in a similar role will be highly valued. Essentially you will work to support the executive team. The role involved the following duties:
- Diary management
- Email management
- Travel arrangements
- Coordinating business and personal events
- Dealing with clients directly including responding to emails
- Workflow management
- Proactively following up on tasks
- Attending meetings and taking minutes
- Preparation of fees
- Management of timesheets
- Undertaking adhoc administration duties as required
About You:
It is essential that you have experience working in a similar role supporting multiple executives. You will understand the importance of the being organised and the ability to build strong professional relationships. You will also have:
- The ability to multi-task and prioritise tasks accordingly
- High attention to detail
- A proactive approach to work and managing Partners day
- Ability to take ownership of duties and follow through tasks
- A proven history working in a similar role
- Ability to build strong client relationships
