About the Role:


We are looking for an energetic and driven Client Relations Specialist to join our dynamic team at GO2 Health.

You will be the primary point of contact for patients, offering guidance on GO2 Health programs, managing appointment schedules, and ensuring seamless communication between our medical and administrative teams.

You will report directly to the Nurse Manager, collaborating with a supportive team that includes nurses, administration staff, and allied health professionals.

Key Responsibilities:
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions and appointments
• Provide exceptional service to patients, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded
• Assist with managing patient accounts through Tyro, HICAPS, Medicare, DVA, and private invoicing
• Coordinate appointment schedules and respond promptly to inquiries
• Support the team by ensuring efficient day-to-day operations
• Handle incoming calls, messages, and direct patients to appropriate departments
• Provide administrative support including document scanning, filing, and data entry
• Contribute to the development of new client engagement strategies

Essential Requirements:
• Proven customer service experience, with a focus on healthcare or sales being highly advantageous
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
• Ability to work efficiently both independently and within a fast-paced team
• Solid problem-solving and organizational skills
• Proficiency in MS Office and other office-based software (CRM and Canva knowledge a plus)
• Experience with medical software such as Best Practice is desirable
• Australian citizen or permanent resident
• Current Police Check or willingness to obtain
