We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic full time Restaurant Supervisor . The Restaurant Supervisor plays a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our Food and Beverage outlets. The ideal candidate is passionate about customer service, has a deep understanding of food and beverage operations, supervise, coordinate and train staff and possesses strong interpersonal and organisational skills.

Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the operation of food outlets, including menu planning, staffing, and service quality.
- Work closely with the kitchen team to ensure alignment between front-of-house and back-of-house operations.
- Monitor food preparation standards to guarantee consistency, quality, and presentation.
- Collaborate on menu design to reflect seasonal offerings and customer preferences while maintaining cost targets.
- Supervise, training, mentor and coordinate our food and beverage team.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a large, diverse team.
- Deep understanding of compliance requirements, including RSA and food safety regulations.
- Expertise in using POS systems, particularly SENPOS, for operations and reporting.
Desirable Skills and Attributes:
- Previous experience in a food and beverage supervisory role, preferably a restaurant and events setting.
- Current RSG and RSA certificates.
- Must have current Australian working rights to apply.
- Flexible working hours, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays as required.
- Passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.
