More about the role….

• Supporting the Corporate Sales Team by coordinating a wide range of administrative tasks, ensuring timely and efficient action for all stages of the sales process.

• A pivotal part of our Corporate Sales Team working in a very buoyant market within an extremely busy Centre.

• The Corporate Team manage a high level of incoming phone calls, web and email sales enquiries – you must be comfortable and experienced in communicating across all platforms.

• Maintain accurate and up to date data and records within all sales reporting systems.

• Reports to Associate Director of Sales – Corporate & Events.

• A fulltime, office-based position in a demanding sales environment.

More about You….

• Ideally you will bring current sales or administration experience from a large 5 Star event venue or large business.

• Must be experienced in venue management systems, ideally Momentus (formerly Ungerboeck) or, extensive experience using very structured business systems.

• You always demonstrate pride in your work that clearly shows attention to detail and well-crafted time management skills

• Strong proficiency in Microsoft 365 suite.

• Must enjoy a dynamic and busy business environment and be a team player.

• Possess a strong aptitude for and interest in, learning new skills and processes.

• Professional, organised and well presented to suit a corporate environment.
