We are currently seeking a Shop Assistant to join our NEW Springfield Store. Store opens March 2025, hours available now.

Along with your passion for retail and providing great customer service you'll:

  • Assist Customers with enquiries
  • Achieve sales targets
  • Ensure product merchandising & store presentation is of a high standard
  • Complete inventory management & stocktaking

To be successful for this role you will need to be/have:

  • Availability to work shifts Monday - Sunday. Must be able to work 30-38 hours per week.
  • Previous retail experience preferably in furniture, bedding and homewares.
  • Passion for retail and a genuine desire to enjoy a fast paced, ever-changing environment
  • The ability to recognise potential and promote store growth
  • Be self-motivated and show initiative
  • Have a positive attitude and good personal presentation
  • Be able to provide first class customer service
  • Be able to work independently as well as within a team
