Make a meaningful difference with LifelineWe are currently seeking a Shop Assistant to join our NEW Springfield Store. Store opens March 2025, hours available now.
Along with your passion for retail and providing great customer service you'll:
- Assist Customers with enquiries
- Achieve sales targets
- Ensure product merchandising & store presentation is of a high standard
- Complete inventory management & stocktaking
To be successful for this role you will need to be/have:
- Availability to work shifts Monday - Sunday. Must be able to work 30-38 hours per week.
- Previous retail experience preferably in furniture, bedding and homewares.
- Passion for retail and a genuine desire to enjoy a fast paced, ever-changing environment
- The ability to recognise potential and promote store growth
- Be self-motivated and show initiative
- Have a positive attitude and good personal presentation
- Be able to provide first class customer service
- Be able to work independently as well as within a team
