Responsibilities:

Conduct one-on-one personal training sessions, designing customized fitness programs tailored to each client's specific goals, needs, and abilities.

Provide ongoing guidance, motivation, and support to clients, ensuring they stay committed to their fitness journey.

Conduct fitness assessments and track client progress through regular measurements and evaluations.

Educate clients on proper exercise techniques, nutrition, and lifestyle choices to optimize their overall health and fitness.

Maintain a safe and clean workout environment, adhering to all gym policies and safety guidelines.

Collaborate with fellow trainers and gym staff to create a positive and inclusive atmosphere for all members.

A Successful Candidate will require:
-
Cert III or IV in Fitness (or equivalent) must be obtained or currently studying.

Excellent knowledge of exercise physiology, anatomy, and nutrition.

Strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively engage and motivate clients.

Ability to adapt training techniques to accommodate different fitness levels and individual limitations.

Demonstrated commitment to continuing education and staying up-to-date with industry trends and advancements.

Ability to work autonomously and highly organised.
