About the role
Temporary part time or full time opportunity to provides professional and operational management of non-clinical support services (administration and supply). Administering the governance, accountability and management of 33 buildings, accommodation and the largest fleet of government vehicles in Metro North with the support of the Facility Managers.
About you
Our ideal candidate will be someone who can carry out the following key accountabilities in accordance with the Metro North Health's values:
Manage and organise all aspects of the offices of the Manager Corporate Services, and the Executive Services Co-Ordinator and provide dynamic, high-level business and executive support. This includes managing the schedule in line with established priorities, coordinating and preparation for meetings, minute taking on a senior level, agendas, diary and travel management, correspondence, and administrative, financial, and purchasing functions as delegated.
Perform confidential secretariat duties for three Corporate Services Committees and other administrative duties as required and operate with a high level of independence. Have an established ability to set realistic work goals and objectives, effectively prioritise tasks to ensure timely completion and the meeting of deadlines.
Maintain an effective records management system and manage computerised databases including Content Manager.
Proactively action payroll processes including submitting or progressing AVACs, leave requests as well as submitting Position Maintenance Requests with supporting evidence for the Delegate's approval.
