The Role
As a Food and Beverage Attendant, you will be the face of our food and beverage operations, ensuring that every guest enjoys a truly exceptional dining experience. You will provide outstanding service in our restaurant, bar, and events, working to create memorable moments for our guests. Your focus will be on delivering high-quality service, maintaining cleanliness, and supporting our team to achieve guest satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities (but not limited to!):
- Provide exemplary customer service by greeting and serving guests with a refined and professional demeanour.
- Assist with taking food and beverage orders, serving food and drinks, and addressing any guest requests or concerns promptly.
- Ensure that all areas are clean, well-organised, and stocked with necessary supplies.
- Uphold food safety and hygiene standards to guarantee a safe dining environment.
- Collaborate with your team to maintain a positive and efficient work environment, especially during peak service hours.
- Handle guest feedback with professionalism and work towards resolving any issues to enhance their experience.
- 2 years experience in similar food and beverage role is desirable, preferably in a 4-5 star environment.
- Passion for delivering exceptional and memorable customer service and creating outstanding guest experiences.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
- High standards of grooming and presentation.
- Food Safety Certification, RSA, and Australian working rights.
