NQFD is looking for a Dental assistant Full Time or Part Time, 4-5 days a week.

Incentives in place for guarantee pay increases with completion of certificate III and IV in dental assisting, as well as implemented structures in place for career progression into roles such as Clinical Co-ordinator, Treatment Co-ordinator and Client Experience Manager.

The Heart of the Role:
- Develop and maintain positive relationships by providing excellent customer service to our patients
- Prepare patients & facilities for dental treatment
- Deliver quality chairside assistance to our Dentists
- Provide instrument sterilisation and infection control solutions
- Maintain and implement infection control standards and procedures
- Patient care from entry to the surgery and recall management
What you'll bring:
- Experience working at a local Australian practice partnered with a Certificate III or IV in Dental Assisting highly regarded but not essential
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Passionate about customer service / patient care
- Organised with attention to detail
- A proven track record of punctuality and reliability
- Ability to build rapport with patients, in a cheerful, light-hearted manner
