Role Overview: We are seeking an experienced and dynamic General Manager to lead our operations and help us continue to provide high-quality, client-focused services. In this role, you will oversee the day-to-day operations of our NDIS services, manage a dedicated team, and work closely with clients, families, and stakeholders to ensure that we meet their needs and expectations. You will also be responsible for the strategic growth of the business, ensuring compliance with NDIS regulations, and fostering a positive, inclusive workplace culture.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and manage the overall operations of AT HOME YOUR WAY, ensuring services are delivered efficiently and effectively.

  • Lead, mentor, and support a team of staff to deliver high-quality, person-centered care.

  • Ensure compliance with all relevant NDIS guidelines, standards, and regulations.

  • Develop and implement strategic business plans to drive growth by adding participants and improve service delivery.

  • Understand the KPI of growth mentioned in the KPI description.

  • Build and maintain relationships with clients, their families, and external stakeholders to ensure client satisfaction and long-term success.

  • Manage budgets, financial reporting, and resources to ensure financial sustainability.

  • Lead recruitment, training, and performance management processes for the team.

  • Monitor service quality and implement continuous improvement initiatives.

  • Stay informed on industry trends, legislative changes, and best practices to keep the organization at the forefront of the NDIS sector.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Proven experience in a senior leadership or management role, ideally in the NDIS, healthcare, or disability services sector.

  • In-depth knowledge of NDIS legislation, policies, and procedures.

  • Strong business acumen, including experience with budgeting, financial management, and strategic planning.

  • Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate teams, with a focus on professional development and client outcomes.

  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.

  • A commitment to the values of inclusion, respect, and client-centered care.

Desirable:

  • Tertiary qualifications in Business Management, Disability Services, or related fields.

  • Experience in managing a registered NDIS provider or similar service delivery organization.
