Trinity College is a multi-site, independent, co-educational Anglican College founded in a liberal educational tradition in northern Adelaide. Trinity College operates three Preschool services with locations at; Trinity College Gawler River, Trinity College Gawler, and Trinity College Roseworthy.
Hours are 8:15am – 4:30pm with Pre-School Educators contributing to staffing ratios across three areas within the service.
- Classroom Educators (8:15am – 4:00pm)
- Support Educators (11:30am - 4:30pm)
- Holiday Program (8:30am to 4:30pm across school holiday periods)
Key accountabilities include:
- Support the teacher within both the classroom and outside environment
- Assist with preparation of classroom and daily activities/tasks
- Cleaning duties after each session
- Individual and small group supervision
- Lunch time support and supervision
- Welcome students and direct parent queries to classroom teacher or appropriate channel
What you will need to succeed:
- Certificate III in Early Childhood Education (minimum) or Diploma of Early Childhood Education and Care
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage professionally and by Trinity College Values
- Organisational skills
- Comply with and acknowledge the College’s Child Safe Policy and adhere to the Child Safety Code of Conduct
- Working with Children Check
- RRHAN-EC Masterclass Certificate
- Current First Aid, Anaphylaxis and Asthma training (onsite training available)
