About the role:
This role will work within the Division of Medicine, Cardiac and Critical Care (DMCCC) and report to the Head of Unit for General Medicine.
Working in collaboration with the Trainee Medical Officer (TMO) Manager DMCCC, you will be responsible for:
- Roster management of TMOs, in liaison with TMO manager DMCCC;
- Roster management of Medical Consultants, with relevant Head of Unit approval;
- Day to day admin support for TMOs in General and Acute Medicine, including maintaining records of admin related activity of the department and supporting recruitment activities.
About you:
- You have proven administrative coordination qualities and a demonstrated ability to manage competing demands in a procedurally compliant environment.
- You have a demonstrated ability to maintain effective communication links between key areas of the organisation and with external stakeholders.
- You have excellent communication skills, work collaboratively and have good skills in Microsoft office and related applications.
