About the role
You will be a key member of our national Operations Support team to provide project and administrative support to our high performing technical teams and regional leaders across the country. Your days will be fast paced and dynamic, with no two days ever being the same.
Some of your key responsibilities will include:
  • Project coordination, which will see your highly developed organisational and co-ordination skills put to great use from taking enquiries to assisting our teams to respond to proposals to overseeing project tasks and co-ordinating meetings while liaising with our valued clients
  • Project Support, which may include preparing proposals, reporting, invoicing and making sure we close off our projects having dotted every I and crossed every T
  • Taking inbound calls and managing multiple email inboxes
  • Supporting some key members of our leadership team
  • Office management to ensure the Adelaide office is a well-stocked, warm and welcoming environment
  • Event management for local events such as milestone celebrations, routine team events and Christmas parties
  • Travel management (includes booking flights, hotels and coordinating calendars)
  • Timesheet management

About you
  • You will have worked in a project administration/co-ordination role within a fast-paced environment where you are used to working on multiple projects at once
  • Demonstrated passion for providing exceptional customer service to both our internal and external teams.
  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal
  • You love people and have honed your interpersonal and stakeholder engagement skills
  • You’re flexible, adaptable and thrive working under pressure with tight deadlines at times
  • Advanced MS Office skills and a love for new technologies
  • You are proactive with a willingness to learn, highly organised and nothing gets past you (attention to detail)
