Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Administration Officer to join our team in The Gardens, Northern Territory. As an Administration Officer, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to ensure the smooth operations of our office. The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently.
Skills:

Responsibilities:
1. Provide general administrative support such as answering phone calls, managing emails, filing documents, scheduling appointments/meetings.
2. Assist with preparing reports or presentations using Microsoft Office Suite.
3. Coordinate travel arrangements for staff members when necessary.
4. Maintain office supplies inventory by checking stock levels and placing orders as needed.
5. Manage incoming/outgoing mail distribution and courier services.
6. Assist in organizing company events or meetings by booking venues and arranging catering if required.
7. Support HR department with onboarding new employees including preparing employment contracts and maintaining personnel records.
8. Collaborate with other departments within the organization to ensure smooth interdepartmental communication.
Qualifications:
1.Associate degree or equivalent qualification in Business Administration or related field is preferred but not required.
2.Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant or similar role is desirable but not essential for entry-level positions.
3.Excellent computer literacy including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite applications.
