The company is a leading car repair shop in Pinelands, dedicated to providing quality automotive service to our community. With years of industry experience and a team of skilled mechanics, we provide comprehensive services from oil change and logging service to brake repair, suspension system, wheel alignment, exhaust system, muffler, radiator repair, coolant flushing, vehicle air conditioning, clutch replacement, auto parts, auto battery and tire replacement.

POSITION

To support our continuous growth and development, we are looking for a passionate and talented HR adviser to help us optimize our HR management and improve employee job satisfaction. You will work closely with the management team to ensure that our HR policies and processes are aligned with the company's strategic objectives.

MAIN RESPONSIBLITIES

  • Develop and implement HR policies, procedures and best practices to attract, develop and retain talented people.
  • Participate in the hiring process, including job posting, resume screening, interviewing, and hiring decisions.
  • Conduct staff training and development programs to enhance staff skills and career development.
  • Manage employee performance evaluation, provide feedback and coaching, promote employee professional development.
  • Solve employee relationship problems, provide professional consultation and support to ensure a harmonious and stable working environment.
  • Maintain employee files and personnel records to ensure the accuracy and confidentiality of information.
  • Participate in compensation and benefits management to ensure the company is competitive in the market.
  • Timely update and follow relevant labor laws and regulations to ensure company compliance.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor's Degree in human resource management or related field.
  • At least 3 years experience in HR related field.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, able to establish good relationships with employees at all levels.
  • Strong organizational and problem solving skills, able to work effectively in a fast paced environment.
  • Familiar with HRM software and system is a plus.
  • Good analytical skills and ability to make reasonable decisions based on data.
