We are seeking a skilled Designer/Technician to work closely with our builders and stakeholders, producing precise and detailed technical drawings for residential and commercial projects. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a team that values creativity, precision, and excellence in design.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare architectural design, drawings and detailed documentation
- Collaborate with clients and consultants to develop project concepts
- Assess compliance with building codes and regulations
- Assist in project coordination and liaise with consultants
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and software
What We’re Looking For:
- Proficiency in Revit and Lumion or other
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Knowledge of local building codes and regulations
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent time management and communication skills
- Previous experience in design and documentation in the building and construction industry
