About Us
IQPC has been providing phenomenal IT support to Perth businesses of most types and sizes for over 30 years. Strong growth over the last 5 years means we are constantly on the lookout for new staff. That’s where you come in!
Your Role
Our customer service team is the “glue” between our customers and our IT Support Engineers. Your general duties will include:
- Responding to customer support enquiries via phone and email
- Triaging new support tickets and directing them to the appropriate team
- Maintaining staff calendars, CRM and ticket management system
You will also work with our Service Coordinators to assist with the following:
- Booking/scheduling/rostering of IT Support Engineers
- Monitoring Support Engineer’s progress throughout the day
- Coordinating and redeploying resources to respond to emergencies
- Communicating with customers, help desk and field engineers
- Supporting and mentoring new team members
- Anything that may ruin an otherwise perfectly planned out day!
About You
You are a customer service *superstar*, LOVE helping people and get a kick out of making their day! You are also reliable, highly organised and pay incredible attention to detail. You must have:
- Minimum 1 years' experience in a similar role
- Some IT knowledge or industry experience preferred but not essential
- Great MS Office and typing skills
- Professional phone manner and caring attitude
- Fit, healthy and reliable!
- Currently reside in the Perth metro area with no relocation necessary
