NextGen Teachers are currently working with a Specialist SEN Provision located in central Leeds who are seeking to recruit a full-time Teaching Assistant to support their pupils with Autism (ASD) and Complex needs starting as soon as possible for a full-time / permanent contract.
This provision caters for pupils across the Primary and Secondary age range who have a range of Complex needs including Autism, ADHD, MLD, SLD, PMLD, and who are non-verbal.
The role of a Complex needs Support Assistant in this school will be to :
Support pupils in the classroom on a day-to-day basis. Work with multiple pupils and provide 1-2-1 support and intervention. Support pupils with their holistic development in line with their Educational Health Care Plans.
