The Opportunity
This position provides accounts payable, accounts receivable, clerical support and reception services to the organisation.
Key Responsibilities include :
- Perform Accounts Payable function including the timely processing of accounts payable and maintenance of all creditor records.
- General administration / reception, switchboard and cashiering duties.
- Provide support as required to Senior Finance Officer for Accounts Receivable & Receipting duties including some debt collection.
- Provide assistance to Management Accountant and other administration staff.
This position is permanent part time (48 hours per fortnight).
